STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

Il sistema produttivo Italiano e' costituito, come sappiamo, per il 95 % da PMI, di cui una grande parte esportatrici. E' finita l'epoca dell'eroico, individualista, Sig. Brambilla che, con la valigetta al seguito, girava il mondo, piazzando i suoi prodotti. Oggi la competizione e' planetaria e vince chi ha il Sistema Nazione più forte alle spalle. Il marketing non basta piu'. I giochi sono diventati piu' grandi e piu' duri. Gli analisti di Geopolitica e gli Esperti di Intelligence Economica non sono piu' solo appannaggio delle Agenzie di Intelligence Statali ma diventano funzioni cruciali della Strategia di Impresa. E' uno sforzo enorme che non puo' prescindere da una "Santa Alleanza" - tecnicamente denominato PPP Parternariato Pubblico-privato - che non puo' che vedere coinvolte le Agenzie di Intelligence Statali insieme e saldamente coordinate alle Security interne dei maggiori Gruppi Pubblici e Privati Nazionali - a beneficio di tutto il tessuto imprenditoriale dell'Italia. Molti amici, stimatissimi professionisti e studiosi della materia, mi confortano con la loro esperienza e la loro autorevolezza, a perseguire questo ambizioso progetto. I piu' illuminati di loro, forti di questa consapevolezza, gia' a partire dal 2008, hanno iniziato ad agire fattivamente in questa direzione, sia lato governativo sia lato grandi Imprese Pubbliche e Private. Auspico che i frutti non tardino ad arrivare per il bene del nostro Paese che deve crescere e diventare una Nazione matura e consapevole del suo rango in Europa e nel Mondo. Personalmente, in quest' opera vedo con simpatia la collaborazione e la consulenza delle strutture dei nostri amici storici Statunitensi. Paradossalmente, vedo piu' resistenze dai nostri partners europei a fare anche un minimo sforzo per colaborare con noi, posto che un'Italia debole e succube rimane un concorrente indebolito all'interno degli equilibri Europei. Mentre d'altro canto gli amici Americani hanno tutto da guadagnare e niente da temere dati gli ordini di grandezza rispettivi da un alleato fedele e dai forti legami con gli USA come l'Italia. Pertanto concludo questa mia introduzione con le parole di incoraggiamento inviatemi dal Professor Edwuard N. Luttwak nel finale di una delle Sue ultime e-mail, peraltro in perfetto Italiano : "infatti, la competitivita' e' tutto, ormai il mondo si divide tra municipi, contee, stati competitivi. Vorrebbe, nell'infinita pochezza dell'autore, contribuire a far crescere e diffondere questa consapevolezza nella cultura economica ed industriale della Nazione. Occorre urgentemente creare un Sistema Nazionale Integrato, senza nessuna indulgenza verso l'atavico individualismo italiano ed il fatalismo delle sue classi dirigenti statali. Al lavoro dunque !!!
